“RS”- standard sponge balls with open pore surface.
The ball type “RS” is suitable for use in systems made by all manufacturers. This ball can easily reduce silt or sludge type residues. If the deposits that are present in the tube systems are harder (for example calcium carbonate), The continuous use of these balls can reduce the speed of nucleation significantly or even prevent it.
“RB”- sponge balls (Glättkugeln) with abrasive load.
The ball type “RB” also known as “Glättkugeln” of abrasive particles inside the sphere has a greater cleaning effect. This combination of materials reaches the most aggressive contamination of the pipe, without compromising it.
“RA”- sponge balls (Corindón) recover with abrasive particles.
The cleaning balls type “RA” are coated with abrasive particles. They can easily remove hard deposits inside the tube. The cleaning effect is better than the standard sponge and Glättkugeln. The balls type “RA” can also be used to smooth interior pipe surfaces. Other applications include removal of corrosion zones, fixed deposits, and artificially constructed protective layers.
“RG”- sponge balls (balls of granules) coated with granulated plastic particles.
Balls type “RG” are coated with particles of plastic granules. The central area of application is biological encrustation, which is often produced in capacitors such as “titanberohrten” and “stahlberohrten”.
“RT”- sponge balls for temperatures up to 140ºC.
The ball type “RT” are cleaning balls resistant to high temperatures, with a resistance up to 140ºC, ideal for desalination plants of seawater with these high temperatures.
“RX”- The term “RX” refers to test balls.
